Betty founded the Engineering and IT Tech Consulting firm after a 33-year career with IBM Corporation as a sales executive, cloud executive and facilities engineering manager at the IBM East Fishkill chip fab.  At IBM, she was responsible for leading some of IBM’s largest technical global sales with clients including: General Electric, ABB Ltd. of Zurich, Switzerland, New York State Government, United Technologies Corporation, Xerox, Sony, Whirlpool and Panasonic.

Betty worked with IBM’s past CEO Sam Palmisano from 1998-2001 in developing client account strategies and making C-suite client calls to close Global Business Services opportunities. She has a strong technical and business background in engineering, healthcare, predictive analytics, electronics packaging, human services, high-tech manufacturing, and criminal justice.

Betty lead and closed the largest IBM services deal in New York State Government with the Statewide Financial Services (SFS) implementation for the New York State Division of Budget, as well as the Affordable Care Act healthcare project for the Department of Health, Medicaid Health Homes program. 

Betty is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. She held many engineering management and facilities management positions at IBM’s East Fishkill semi-conductor chip fab facility, where she was responsible for securing building permits and rezoning approvals for IBM's 3 million square foot site expansion.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, and completed graduate courses at Columbia University and Union College. Betty completed the IBM Executive MBA certification program at Harvard Business School in 2001, IBM’s premier education for selected Client Executives.
